The verification and account configuration is a manual process. In order to verify a legacy Galaxy Lifetime memberhip I need enough specific information to cross-match with the legacy FSG account. For fastest service provide first name, last name, email you used during the legacy FSG days if different from the one used now. With all that information I am quickly and easily able perform the verification and configure the new Toposim account.[/quote]
Justin, I was a Lifetime Galaxy Member at FSG. Does this imply that those memberships are transferable? My name and user info are the same as what they were at FSG, and I sent you a PM as well a couple of days ago.

I’m another of those former Galaxy members who loved the product. Now so close to retirement and more time on my hands I am back to firing up FSX on a new machine. When looking for new mesh (since it had been a few years) I was really surprised to see that Guru Justin had a different startup. I’m glad you survived what I recall as some tough times…
Regardless as to whether you can grandfather my Galaxy membership or if I need to pay, I trust your call on this next question, but I want the best, most current mesh of the planet. I like to create elaborate flight plans and/or wing it around the world and journal my stops….googling exotic places to visit, restaurants/market places to eat, hotels or hostels to stay in, casinos to lose money, etc. to create a fiction. My way of exploring beyond just the place to place flying. It’s a nice feeling knowing you have accurate mesh to lay the occasional fancy texture on.
So, does your whole planet package deal offer the greatest detail mesh I can get? Would I be deleting all my FSGenesis mesh files to create space? I am putting all scenery files on a 128G SSD (for load speed) and I might need to do a bit of work to get all your files on it.

I have established an account here with my FSGenesis Galaxy information and was wondering what items are downloadable as free from my prior membership? When I view my cart, the prices are still indicated (NorthAmerican bundle). Am I doing something wrong, or am I looking for free when it is not free. I noticed others have experienced this issue, and it has been fixed for them. I bought my Galaxy membership in March 2009.

Hi, I am a former Galaxy member. After registering several days ago, I am not seeing any products for free on the site.
My former FSG username was khallenb and my email was email@example.com. You sent me a “Reaching out to 1998-2018 Legacy FSGenesis Customers” at that address. Can you configure my account for the free downloads please?

Regarding the above post, I realized that you need my original FSG email address to verify my Galaxy membership. I don’t want to include it in this post but would rather send it in a PM, but I can’t figure out how to send you a PM.
