Hi – I just installed (or tried to) Toposim North America and I am not sure the install was successful. Upon selecting “Add Area” in the Scenery Library in Prepar3D, I could not locate the subfolder that I see in Explorer for Toposim. The Toposim scenery is my No. 1 scenery in Prepar3D, but the name points to “Prepar3RD V5” and does not point to the Toposim folder located within that “Prepar3D V5 folder”, not sure why I could not select it (?).
I started with 1 single download to test the software and added the folder within Program Files > Lockheed Martin > Prepar3rd V5> TOPOSIM_UNITEDSTATES_MountainWest_v1_0, but was unable to extract the files manually from the z.ip file – was I supposed to? The .exe has created subfolders called >TOPOSIM > Continents > North America > Scenery, with 5 files called “TOPOSIM_DEM_NorthAmerica_UnitedStates_Colorado / Idao / Montana / Utah / Wyoming_LOD9”-12.bgl. Does it mean that the MountainWest download was successful?
Can someone help please?
