    I purchased the Planet Earth Bundle, but it seems that it wasn’t linked to this account. I have the Paypal invoice of the purchase.

    Sorry you’re having troubles. Order number?

    Generally, go to Distribution Center and click the My Account tab. Log in if necessary and click the Downloads tab. All downloads are always there.

    Under my accounts downloads is only an old freebie.

    Hi Tarik

    Found your order from a few days ago. I note that the email address on the order is from “gamil.com” – is that a typo and should be “gmail.com”? Perhaps that is the problem.

    Try logging in with “gamil.com” email and see what happens.
