Problem with a purchase

I have tried twice today to make a purchase with my cc.

I used two cc and both failed.

I got this error …..

The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number. Any idea.

Hi Guy,

Apparently, PayPal, my payment processor, doesn’t like that card for some reason. Not under my control, unfortunately.

What sort of card is it?

Both are VISA, I use my main card all the time and its ok, even my last purchase with you was with my card. Oh well 🙁

I went thru the process again this morning and it went thru. Now to download.
