The FREE product download apparently isn’t being automatically added to your download access when you use the Buy One Get One FREE feature.
The FREE product download will be manually added at first opportunity, often within a few minutes, sometimes a bit longer.
We have a support request into the plugin developer, so hopefully it will be a simple fix. Meanwhile, I will manually add the download at first opportunity and you will only need to return to My Account, Downloads tab to find your FREE product download links. All other links are working properly.
